Part of a letter from the Epps:

The Agta are a nomadic group, with a distinct language. One evening we were going for a swim when suddenly a couple of Agta walked out of the bush onto the beach with all they owned in their arms. While the woman cooked supper, the man built their home. They were done at the same time! It shocked me that what I brought on this short 5 day trip was more than this couple has ever owned.

Prayer request:

• For safety for Dona as he builds and for the kids as they are around new sicknesses and the ocean is right there too...
• For the building of friendships with the Agta and our other neighbors. I'm not sure how much official language study we will get done, but we will be defiantly listening and getting our minds around the different sounds etc...
